GENERAL RENTAL TERMS

• the minimum driver age is 21 years
• possession of a valid driver's license (min. 2 years)
• mandatory identification with an identity card or passport
• minimum rental length is one day (24 hours)
• a delay of 60 minutes is allowed for returning the vehicle, and an additional day will be charged for each subsequent hour
• payment by cash, card or wire transfer

TERMS OF USE

• That the rented vehicle was taken over in accordance with the law on the basics of road traffic safety
• That documents, keys, all mandatory equipment and accessories, as well as additional equipment and accessories specified in the rental agreement, were taken with the vehicle
• That the rented vehicle is returned to the place after the end of the rental and within the period agreed when taking it over
• To immediately stop driving if there is any breakdown on the vehicle and to immediately inform Intercar about it
• That the rented vehicle will not be used for illegal purposes (for committing criminal offenses, customs and other violations as well as other illegal actions) for driver training, for renting to third parties, transporting cargo or towing other vehicles or trailers for participating in auto sports events or under the influence alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants. If the renter acts contrary to this point, he will compensate Intercar without delay in the full amount.
• That the rented vehicle will be used only for personal needs and the vehicle will be driven by the lessee or a person who meets all the conditions specified in the rental agreement.
• Not to cross the state border with the vehicle without prior approval from Intercar. To the extent that the renter crosses the state border without prior approval, he is obliged to bear all material responsibility towards Intercar and the competent authorities of the country in which he found himself with the rented vehicle for the offense in question.
• To allow an authorized person of Intercar to control the vehicle and documentation at any time

PROCEDURES IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT/ACCIDENT OR THEFT

• The lessee is obliged to IMMEDIATELY inform the police and Intercar about the event and to act according to their instructions. Police record is mandatory!
• If the lessee of the vehicle does not ensure the presence of the police, i.e. the police record and a properly completed European accident report, the full amount of damage and/or theft will be charged from the lessee, regardless of the type of insurance.
• A police report must be made in cases where the client was not present when the vehicle was damaged (eg the vehicle was damaged in the parking lot by an unknown person).

FAILURES

• In the event of a breakdown, you must notify Intercar immediately. In that case, Intercar will provide a replacement vehicle to the renter or remove the defects on the spot.

INSURANCE

• All vehicles are required to have comprehensive insurance. The lessee has the right to buy back the WORK according to the valid Intercar price list

INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER

• The insurance does not cover damage caused to the inside of the vehicle, damage caused to the chassis of the vehicle from the bottom, broken and/or lost key, damage caused by pouring the wrong type of fuel or oil into the engine, damage caused knowingly or by the lessee's carelessness, damage to tires, damage to the gearbox, such as damage caused when driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, as well as damage caused by an unauthorized driver by Intercar.
• All listed damages will be charged in full according to the valid Intercar price list from the lessee no later than when the vehicle is returned.
  Intercar is not responsible for damage caused to third parties caused by improper driving of the lessee of the vehicle, for damage caused by loss/damage of luggage or goods that were in or on the vehicle.

FUEL

• Fuel is not included in the rental price and the lessee is obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel if it was rented to the lessee or with the same condition of the tank that he found.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, PARKING AND TOLLS...

• The lessee undertakes to pay all costs of parking, tolls, bridge tolls, ferries, fines arising from violations of traffic regulations, the amount of fees based on court cases, as well as the amounts of late interest resulting from any provision of the law, i.e. valid regulations pronounced against Intercar as the owner of the rented vehicle or the driver during the rental period, if the same injuries were not caused by Intercar's fault.
